This is the day Kevin, and I will be departing Bandon, Oregon, along with the rest of the ceremony party. We are so grateful for everyone who joined us to celebrate this special occasion and for the memories we’ve shared over the weekend. To close out our vow renewal weekend, we invite everyone to join us for a fun and memorable Karaoke Night—the final celebration of the weekend. After a weekend of love, connection, and beautiful moments, this will be a time to relax, laugh, and celebrate together. Whether you take the mic or cheer from the crowd, we hope you’ll join us for a lighthearted evening filled with music, joy, and lasting memories.

The day after the ceremony is all about relaxation and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Join us at the private beach located on the property to unwind, debrief the big day, and soak in the sun. This gathering is optional. Feel free to use this time to relax or as a transition for your departure from the gorgeous area of Bandon, Oregon. We hope you’ll take a moment to enjoy the sand and good company before heading home.

After the ceremony and cocktail hour, the celebration continues at the reception. Join us for dinner, drinks, and an evening of celebration as we gather with our favorite people to mark this special occasion. We’re excited to share a relaxed and joyful evening filled with great food, conversation, and lasting memories…with a few surprises along the way.

Following the ceremony, please join us for cocktail hour as we continue the celebration. Enjoy drinks, light bites, and time to mingle with family and friends while we soak in the beautiful surroundings and celebrate together.

This will be the main event of the celebration, where we gather together to witness and celebrate the renewal of our vows. Surrounded by family and friends, we will take a moment to reflect on the years we’ve shared and reaffirm our commitment to one another. We are grateful to share this meaningful moment with the people who have supported us throughout our journey.

Shuttle service to the ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM from Bay Point Landing. Since the majority of our guests will be taking the first shuttle, we kindly ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes before departure to allow plenty of time for boarding.

We highly recommend taking the provided shuttle rather than using Uber or Lyft. SeaWinds Estate has a more complex process for rideshare vehicles entering the property, which may make drop-off more difficult and time-consuming. Taking the shuttle will ensure a smoother and more seamless arrival for everyone.

Following the ceremony and reception, shuttles will depart from SeaWinds Estate at the top of each hour. Please plan to arrive at the shuttle pickup area a few minutes before your desired departure time.

We’ve decided to switch things up and host a relaxed Welcome Mixer to kick off our weekend of celebration! Since many of our family and friends are traveling from out of town and out of state, we wanted to create a chance for everyone to gather, reconnect, and meet one another before the big day. A little planning note: The Welcome Mixer will be held at Bay Point Landing, which will also serve as the pickup and drop-off location for the shuttle on ceremony day. If you’re still deciding where to stay, we recommend considering lodging near Bay Point Landing for convenient access to both events.
